The Thursday session, ‘Keeping Up with Big Daddy: Meeting 2.0 User Expectations on , a 1.0 Budge’ offered wonderful advice on 2.0 tools.  I highly recommend Jing, the screen capture tool.  This is the best way I have ever seen to answer IM, chat, email, or embedded librarian reference questions.  While a picture is worth a 1000 words, a Jing video is worth a MILLION words
