Round tables are forming! 
We will meet 4:30 – 5:30 on Wednesday April 1st.  We will gather together and form Round tables based on people’s area of interests.  We will use the new MPLA 2.0 to continue the momentum that we begin at the conference.   Come and help us begin a new chapter for MPLA.

We have some fun times planned for MPLA folks.  We are forming the first ever Hot Tub Round-table.  It is will be a time for us to gather and enjoy the company of fellow MPLA colleagues.  We will be meeting on the Wednesday night at 8pm at the conference Hotel Hot Tub.  One more reason [...]

CALL FOR PAPERS!  The MPLA Academic Section has posted a “Call for Papers” for its Professional Forum, to be held at the KLA/MPLA Joint Conference in Wichita, Kansas, April 1-3, 2009.  The Professional Forum presents new ideas, innovations, and case studies in librarianship that benefit the profession.  Research methodology is encouraged, but not essential.  MPLA [...]

Where has the summer gone?  It seems like we were just in Salt Lake City and now we are already registering for the fall round of conferences.  I am planning to attend conferences in North Dakota, Wyoming and Arizona this fall.  I hope to see you there.
