Position Statement:

I am very interested in supporting libraries and the librarians and staff that work in them as part of my work in the MPLA. I have been leading the Professional Development Committee in MPLA for 3 years in order to help my fellow librarians access quality continuing education opportunities and I’d like to continue (and expand) that sort of support for librarians in my tenure on the MPLA board.
