Liz vonTauffkirchen, Digital Services Manager at Pine River Library, shares her struggles to help senior patrons with their technical difficulties while being unable to get within six feet of the patron or their device. Getting people to use Zoom for tech help can be next to impossible when patrons aren't able or willing to navigate Zoom. Liz will share what worked (almost nothing) and what didn't work (nearly everything) for the rural Bayfield community during these trying times.
